Pennsylvania
Its the lawNew York law requires that all anglers
who are 15-years-old and over have an up-to-date fishing license. Non-resident anglers can
purchase "tourist" or "non-resident" licenses offered. Fishing
licenses are readily available, and can be easily purchased on the day of an outing.

a valid New York State fishing license. Outings on the lower seven miles of the West
Branch of the Delaware River and the Main Stem of the Delaware River, which are
"border" waters, are okay with a valid Pennsylvania license.
